Having friends and family over for Sunday night football? Or maybe you’re hosting Thanksgiving? Don’t worry, because I have perfected my pumpkin pie martini recipe! Wherever you’re going, it’s the perfect fall cocktail to serve at any gathering.

This little mixed drink is the perfect amount of sweet without being overbearing. It screams fall, but doesn’t taste like you’re biting into a pumpkin. You will be the hero at your next party if you mix up some pumpkin pie martinis.

  • 2 tablespoons vodka
    • 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin syrup
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla syrup (DIY recipe below)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin puree
  • 4 tablespoons half and half

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for about a minute. Pour into a glass, top with a little whip cream and pumpkin pie spice. Add a cinnamon stick for garnish. Cheers!
