I am going to make this short and sweet. This one is all about quality over quantity, and I really feel the need to drive this point home…

Having faith means instilling your trust in someone or something. As Christians, we put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ by praying to Him and maintaining our relationship with Him through scripture. Faithfulness requires loyalty which requires effort.

When we talk about being faithful in a relationship or a marriage, we mean remaining loyal and honest to our partner. We work on that relationship to build a foundation of trust, so why shouldn’t we focus more on doing that with Him?

Faithfulness is something you can pray for, too. You can pray to God and ask him to remind you to be faithful in all things. It sounds silly, but eventually it’s something you won’t forget. That faithfulness is the light and hope in your day-to-day.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

Hebrews 11:1
